Join Connection for Abused Women and their Children’s (CAWC) Associate Board for a workout fundraiser at Orange Shoe – Lakeview! Your participation helps CAWC provide emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and more services to those experiencing domestic violence. We hope you are excited to #BreakASweat and #BreakTheCycle of violence with us!

      12:00pm check-in, 12:30pm class start time
      12:55pm check-in, 1:00pm class start time

Ticket price is $40 – all proceeds support CAWC!

Details:
Orange Shoe will be running their Orange Crush high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout class with core-focused exercises to make for one powerful, compact workout. This workout will build muscle, torch fat and improve overall physical fitness. Orange Shoe trainers will start the class by boosting your heart rate and metabolism with a mix of cardio and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome!

You don’t have to be an experienced party planner to create an event that benefits CAWC – energy and enthusiasm go a long way! And the CAWC development team will help you plan an event that will assist survivors and their children on their journey to heal from abuse.

Honoring Someone’s Special Day

If you make a gift to CAWC in honor of someone, we will notify the recipient of your thoughtfulness. Many individuals ask friends and family to donate to CAWC in lieu of gift for a special occasion.

Memorial Gifts

If you make a gift to CAWC in memory of someone, we will notify the family of your thoughtfulness.

If you have created a Donor Advised Fund, you can recommend making a gift to CAWC.

Matching Gift

Contact your employer to determine if they will match your gift to CAWC. If they have a matching gift program, your gift could double or even triple in value. If you send a form from your employer to CAWC, we can complete the paperwork and initiate the matching gift process.
