You can impact the life of a domestic violence survivor or a child who witnessed domestic violence by donating to CAWC today. There are several ways that you can provide support.

As a tax-exempt organization, CAWC relies on contributions to make a difference in the lives of survivors and their children. Every donation brings us that much closer to our mission of ending domestic violence.

There are so many ways to support CAWC. Attend an event, plan a fundraiser on behalf of CAWC, make a planned gift, honor someone’s birthday or special day, donate stock, or learn about matching gifts from your employer – matching gifts can double or triple the value of your contribution.

Attend an Event

Every March, CAWC hosts its signature fundraiser, Sounds of Silence. Through sponsorships, ticket sales, silent and live auctions, and donations, funds are raised to support CAWC’s programs and services.

Throughout the year, CAWC’s Associate Board hosts fun and unique events.

Plan a Fundraiser

You don’t have to be an experienced party planner to create an event that benefits CAWC – energy and enthusiasm go a long way! And the CAWC development team will help you plan an event that will assist survivors and their children on their journey to heal from abuse.

Planned Giving

A gift to CAWC in your will or trust is your legacy to ensure happier tomorrows for domestic violence survivors and their children.

Honoring Someone’s Special Day

If you make a gift to CAWC in honor of someone, we will notify the recipient of your thoughtfulness. Many individuals ask friends and family to donate to CAWC in lieu of gift for a special occasion.

Memorial Gifts

If you make a gift to CAWC in memory of someone, we will notify the family of your thoughtfulness.

Donor Advised Fund

If you have created a Donor Advised Fund, you can recommend making a gift to CAWC.

Matching Gift

Contact your employer to determine if they will match your gift to CAWC. If they have a matching gift program, your gift could double or even triple in value. If you send a form from your employer to CAWC, we can complete the paperwork and initiate the matching gift process.
